1. I live local and would like to pickup my order in person. How do I do this?

Purchases can be picked up the next business day after ordering at our parent company, Textile Team Outlet and Design, in Lindon, Utah. The address is 119 South State Street Suite B. We are located in a large building BEHIND the strip mall. 

2. Are all of your items hand made?

Yes! We take great pride in the fact that we hand make every item we sell. We love creating and are always making new products, so check back often to find something new! 

3. Can I return or exchange a product? 

If you would like to return a product and receive a refund, it must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Postage for returns is paid for by the customer. Please keep in mind, items returned must be received in the original condition and packaging. Products that have been used, washed, or worn cannot be returned. All sales are final on custom orders and no returns for them will be accepted. 

4. Can I cancel my order after it has gone through?

Orders may be cancelled for up to one hour after it has been placed. Please contact us as soon as possible with any problems after ordering. 

5. What are the washing instructions for swaddles, loveys, taggie blankets, baprons, bunny teethers, and wood toys?

Swaddles, loves, taggie blankets, and baprons can be washed in cold water and dried with low heat. Swaddles may fade with repeat washings, this is 100% normal. Allowing muslin swaddles to air dry may decrease the amount of fading that is seen. DO NOT dry with high heat or iron, especially minky products. Minky is 100% polyester and will melt and may lose the imprinted design.
